Uruguayan vessel owned by their Navy and chartered to the state-owned oil company ANCAP. Had run aground in Delaware River in June 1989 and released over 350,000 gallons of Fuel Oil. Built Uddevallavarvet, yard number 316. Scrapped China June 2003.
