This is not Fleet Management Ltd. They are a third-party ship manager with no ships of their own and therefore no funnel marking of their own. The beneficial owner, correctly identified by Davidships, is Farenco Shipping which although is located in Singapore, has Chinese parentage. However, my guess, like David's, is that this funnel actually relates to the operator, Forerunner Shipping Co.

Hello David,, found Fleet Management - Hong Kong on Equasis,, don't know anything more (remains open issue for me).... however, was told by the Superintendent attending the ship that the owners are Chinese....!!!
