Hello Robert. 868 can belong to Alexandr Nevskiy taking part in Navy Day celebration as a member of Soviet Northern Fleet. Look here: http://russianships.info/eng/warships/project_68bis.htm - it's the best web resource regarding postwar Soviet and new Russian navies pennant numbers.

I saw one of these Sverdlov class cruisers (pennant No 868) when I visited St Petersburg (then Leningrad) in 1971. Shame it was a time when photography was not a good option.
Can anyone put a name to the number?
