It's a different angle that follows the rules. Take a closer
look. The tug is moving on the tanker's port side. It's also almost perpendicular to me. In the other picture the tug is clearly on the starboard side and the tanker at an a shallower angle. if the tug wasn't there you never would've questioned it.
