I think this condition is due to the vessel being used as a transfer reefership for the trawler fleet and the constant pounding of these catchers agains the side of the Mazury at high sea (in spite of using fenders I suppose)

Looks like she's a hard-working vessel !! (hard-worked)

For a 2 year old vessel her external condition is dreadful
