In the Foldenfjord, Norway, June 1996.
Marine News: BENTE-KARIN, owned by A/S Fjordfrakt, capsized and sank south of Kristiansund, March 1988. Refloated during May 1988 but is a total loss and is to be sold "as lies" in Foldenfjord.
It seems that eight year later, when I came along, she was still not sold.

According to IHS-Seaweb she was towed to Stokksund, Norway in Sept 1998 and recycling commenced on 25/1/1999 by Fosen Gjenvinning AS, who are the local scrappers.
