@ Joonas Kortelainen : thank you, you are right. Looking again to the numbers of the negatives this is Oxdjupet near castle Oskar-Frederiksborg and not Mariehamn, my mistake!

Besides, being from a similar angle the sunlight on the hull is a bit contrary to the afternoon stop in Mariehamn, could this actually be from Oxdjupet near Vaxholm Stockholm instead? For evening arrivals there the light is identical with inbound traffic in the afternoon.

Yes, the same angle, but not the same date! I was in 1991 at Mariehamn for several days, but after 25 years I can not tell the date by the day. Website rules say that I must take the first day of the month in that case.

Please please don’t delete this one - the best shot I’ve seen of her in this short-lived livery so very special to me as it was my first ever Silja-experience along with the Wellamo. Can’t thank you enough for posting these!
