She looks like a Sistership of the FREEDEDURG (ex Lloyd Estocolmo, ex Roland Atlantic) owned by Bartholt Richter in Hamburg. Sailed on her twice, as Frredeburd and as Roland in 1978-79 as AB. Very strong vessels with some unique gimmicks, but hard to work the derricks which were hard to control as the control panels were poorly designed and functioned even more poorly !!!!

Builder was VEB Schiffswerft Neptun Rostock, GDR.
VEB Maschinenbau Halberstadt was the engine-builder only.
