Yes, BALMORAL has always been a motor vessel, originally with Sirron-Thornycroft engines and since 2002, as noted by smithy166, by Grenaa diesels.

The moving of the photos to "steam ships" was clearly an error, and I have put all those 128 in "Harbour and Tour boats" as BALMORAL operates seagoing excursions and has not been a ferry for a very long time). Any queries about this please PM, or raise in the Forum.

Isn't this in the wrong category? The Balmoral is powered by two Grenaa diesels, not steam plant.
