Crowley Marine Services Inc. Articulated Tug Barge (ATB) unit going up the Cape Fear River past Fort Johnston Southport NC towards Wilmington NC.
The Courage (tug part) was built in 2008, is 130 feet long, twin screwed and can produce over 9000 horsepower.
The 650-5 (barge part)(IMO 9369356 was also built in 2008, is 587 feet long and has a capacity of 180,000 barrels of petroleum products (the same amount a US Navy Replenishment Tanker carries).
