Hi Husni, no, this boat is only used for stores and spares. Ship's crew do not go ashore from the anchorage(s); shore leave is not banned, but there is no general provision for it, which may be due to the frequent, heavy swells and the short periods of time that vessels are there - epsecially if it is only for bunkering.
