@Emmanuel.L. No worries. A number of vessels are exchanging their bulbous bow with a smaller one also without lengthening, this due owners desire to reduce speed (and save money) and the original "high speed" bulbous bow has become a "deadweight".
On the flip-side, it makes a return to high speed more complicated if owner decides so in the future.
Wallenius-Wilhelmsen PCTC's and Hoegh Autoliners have carried out such retro-fits of bulbous bow's. Fuel, and money, savings are imminent :-)

It would seem that the vessel is in DD for a 30 mtr scheduled lengthening, at which time she is also renewing her bulbous bow, hence this is not a casualty, unless there is some other info available.
