Description:

US Military Sealift Command operated transport tanker going west past Fort Monroe (Old Point Comfort) Hampton Virginia, USA, probably towards the Craney Island Fuel Depot.
Though she is equipped for underway refueling with a rig on the port side, she is meant more for point to point transport of petroleum products than at sea fleet support.
She is capable of 16 knots, carries over 235000 barrels of product, and has a reinforced bow allowing her to visit and support McMurdo Station in Antarctica when necessary.
