I'm 90% convinced that the coaster is IMO 7358822 - ex-ESPERANZA EXPRESS with a so far unregistered new name.

Confirm MARIA DEL CARMEN IV (IMO 9479917) was at Asivik Shipyard, Cartagena 15/11/2017 to 20/1/2018

The tanker is more likely Maria del Carmen IV, as she is reported in the Caribbean during that time, Maria Del Carmen III in the Pacific.
The name of the coaster ist definitively not Espseranza Express, es the second word is much longer and it starts with M, but the this was sighted in that area before, maybe a not registered change of name.

Yes, definitely a Nordsovaerftet coaster. Esperanza Express - IMO 7358822 - was last reported at Cartagena in 2012. She fits the bill and quite possibly has remained there, now with a new name so far unregistered

The coaster looks like one of the 700 tdw coasters built at Nordsovaerftet in Denmark.
