Description:
Entering Ceuta on a voyage from the Black Sea to Cuba in the early Summer of 1964 the Majesty ‘s engine suffered a major internal fracture. She proceeded to Falmouth for repairs and spent five or six weeks anchored in Carrick Roads undergoing repairs. It was a lovely Summer and there were wives and children on board. The ship itself became a tour boat attraction and a good time was had by all.
