Seen here languishing at Busan North Port, this training ship has a name ("Hanwuri") and an owner (한국해양수산연수원 - Korea Institute of Maritime and Fisheries Technology), so everything should be clear, but it's not.

I have no idea of this vessel's history, except that it was purchased in 2005 as a 35-year old ship built in Japan.

Any idea on her previous identity?
