Hi David, thanks info, The Archangel I see in the AIS and another Meyer tug is here too. Then the VB tug I meant must have moved on.

A different LUPO (IMO 9734290 not 9086394). Owned by CPT Empresas Maritimas SA, Chile and chartered to Meyer's Panama Shipping Group since new in Oct 2014.

The blue tug is one of Meyer's own, but they have several similar, mostly with names ARCANGEL SAN -----EL.
