There was a traffic stoppage on the bridge and there was no way of clearing the cars so she had to abort the transit until the traffic was moving again and the bridge closed as she tarnsited. The tug towing the fish cages had to delay her passage, too, and the pilot vessel had some work to do, as you say.

Any idea why she failed to go under the bridge on the first attempt this morning? I was walking and didn't have my good camera so no shots unfortunately.
And some of the pleasure craft really need to grab a clue, saw one yacht that had to be escorted out of the area by the Pilot vessel.
