These are indeed the Charter funnel colours of Transatlantic Carriers/Canatlantic .
TRUTH was in fact going up and down from London/Manchester to Canada during 1970 so we may assume this is the correct vessel.

Hi and thank you all for the info. - to add to this I remember the Baskerville and Caxton of Transatlantic Carriers on this berth (Wm CORY) with the same funnel colours, could it be charter.

@Yvon,
Skaubo was sold in 1963 to India and renamed
Porthos was sold 4/1970: Grundstads Rederi A/S,Stavanger and named "GRUNO TRUDE"

Hello Juergens,
I had checked the other sister-ships :
- SKAUBO (5415975), as JAG RATNA at the date
- HOLTHEIM (5153826), no mast against the accomodations
- PORTHOS (2582823), as HOEGH TRUDE at the date
But I think only the TRUTH had a pair of fairleads (for Panama ?) near the forecastle and near the poop.
Regards,
Yvon

Funnel is a bit different.

There is a sistership, built as Holtheim, the funnel could match

but sold in 1967 to Transoceanique Suisse S. A. (Keller Shipping A/G) Basel, new name was RANDA, hull colour black.

Hi,
If the photo was taken on December 1970, she could be TRUTH (IMO5369607).
