Four harbour tugs tow cargo 'Betanzos' (IMO 9263552) upstream on the Tagus river to the TMB/Beato quay, after she was finally freed from a sand bank at the port entrance where she had been grounded for 10 days, and exposed to high waves.

The salvaged vessel has an idle engine.

Fore, starboard, pulling: MONTEVIL (IMO 7902348)
Fore, port side, pulling: MONTE DA LUZ (IMO 9710153)
Aft, steering: MONTEMURO (IMO 9438937)
Starboard, pushing: SIRIUS (IMO 7700180)

Pocket size tug 'Zezito' (no IMO available, registration LX-86-RL) was also part of the fleet, and was used primarily for assistance with cable passing, and with the overseeing of the operation.
