Visible moored in the foreground is ocean tug 'Fairmount Alpine' (IMO 9344784) that during the night managed to free cargo 'Betanzos' (IMO 9263552), visible moored in the background after a slow tow by a fleet of port tugs. Cargo 'Betanzos' had grounded on a large sand bank near Bugio (Lisbon harbour South entrance) 10 days earlier, after loading aggregates at the TMB, and returned there to unload her cargo before a general inspection, to verify her seaworthiness after the casualty.
