"Uwe" was severely damaged in the collision which involved three ships in total.

Most of the ship (mostly only torn metal parts were left) was scrapped right after the collision but the aft part was moved to the site of the salvage company (Harms Bergung if I remember right).

It stayed there after the company was closed (because this type of business would no longer fit in the redeveloped neighbourhood).

Over the years there were numerous efforts by the residents to remove the remains, but they stay there until today.

I can check my pictures, perhaps some parts were removed over the last decades but the wreck looks very much like it did when I first saw it many years ago.
