Description:

Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Co's tug WILLIAM L. COLNON as shown while upbound on the St. Lawrence River off Varennes on December 4, 2001.
She was on her way to Sturgeon Bay WI to escort the company's newest dredger LIBERTY ISLAND on her way down from BayShip where she was built in case she was to encounter ice while in the Seaway this late in the season.

Saw her at Bayonne NJ in September 2002 with two white rings on her funnel, maybe in the process of becoming Christine M. Mcallister

Beautiful photo of this great looking tug, she is now Christine Mcallister. From what Ive heard she is to be sold to Reinauer Transportation.

Thanks Nate.
While checking the Great Lales Dredge website, I noticed they don't own tugs anymore. At one time, they had quite a fleet.
Thanks also for the info on her present wherabouts.
