Description:
Clyde Charter Co Ltd (B.P.)'s 1960 Harland & Wolff, Glasgow, built tanker BRITISH GULL was photographed passing Portishead, outbound from Avonmouth, fifty years ago today on 25th April 1968.
She was berthed in Brunei Bay, Sabah, on 31 August 1975, laid up and used as a depot ship until sold for breaking at Kaohsiung where she arrived on 1st April 1982.
