The are other cranes in McLean site, Cape Fear, Baltimore and Centennial. The boom of these cranes is really different, only JAMESTOWN has the same as your picture. Also, on JAMESTOWN pictures on the McLean site, you can spot the same pusher tug as in your picture.

I'm also leaning towards the Jamestown, but there are some discrepancies when comparing my photos to the ones on the McLean website... The photos of the Jamestown on the McLean website shows the pilothouse painted white, and does not show any deckhousing/structure covering the winches. Either the Jamestown has been rebuilt since the photos on the McLean website was taken or they have a similir crane barge with slightly different configuration.
