Polish yacht and diving base Kwazar in Swinoujscie. It's former DDR and German rescue boat Arkona. Polish build, R-17 class.
In 1992 hand over to Polish Salvage Company nad renamed Szkwal (Szkwał). In 1999 sold to Mazurska Sluzba Ratownicza, rebuild and renamed Kwazar.
