Ocean going tug "Suhaili" (Panama)with the forward tow line on the Algoriver (scrapped great laker)with the "Oeacn Hercule" on the stern line, the latter tug will only go as far as Les Escoumins, Quebec Pilot station, then will let go the stern line, the Suhaili will continue alone to Alang India with the scrap tow.
