Vielen dank Volker! I have many more photographs to post from visits the Kiel Canal in 1968, 1969, 1971 and also from 1974/6 when I was working for Barber Lines in Oslo and had frequently travelled to Kiel by Jahre Line. My old friend Gerhard Fiebiger, who I met up with several times at Holtenau in those years, kindly telephoned this morning with birthday wishes.

Best regards/freundliche Grüße
Malcolm
