McAllister Towing unit assisting and escorting the tanker JBU Opal up the Delaware River past the Benjamin Franklin bridge in Philadelphia PA.
She was built in 1969 for the US Navy as YTB 803 "Nanticoke" and bought and rebuilt in 2005 by McAllister Towing.
She is now equipped with a Z-Drive, a 2000 gallon per minute pump and 2 1500 gallon per minute monitors for water and foam.
