Car Carrier Cougar Ace towed across the Columbia River Bar and being towed up the Columbia river to Portland, Oregon, for unloading close to 5,000 2007 Mazdas. 41 vehicles are reported heavily damaged, as well as engine oil and transmission fluid spills on all vehicle decks. One tug towing (Sea Victory), one escorting(Gladiator), and three tractor tugs assisting.
