Description:
Kirby Corporation Tug in lay up at the old Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. Used as a tug to push fuel barges. According to some sources, she was sold to the Curtin Maritime Company of Long Beach CA in 2018 and renamed KAREN C. I guess she either hadn't been sold or delivered when this photo was taken.
