Description:
Japanese flagged K-Line Container Ship coming into the Hampton Roads area past the fishing pier at Overlook Beach at Fort Monroe Hampton VA. The tug Rosemary McAllister came out past the Hampton Roads Bridge tunnel to escort and assist her in, this is different as most tugs meet incoming ships near the entrance to the Elizabeth River. Maybe her side had something to with it, can any readers advise?
