Description:

Antonios Catsogeorgis and Theodore Efstathiou’s 1949 Smith’s Dock, Middlesbrough, built AMYNA is seen passing Portishead, inbound for Avonmouth, on 13th June 1968, fifty years ago today.

Later: 1976: KALAIS

She stranded on 2.2.78 during a voyage from Alcanar to Warri with a cargo of bagged cement and was towed into Las Palmas. Later sold to Spanish breakers, she sank en route on 1st December 1979.
