Description:

AMURSKIY SHIPYARD 111
Laid-up since 2016.Name and yard number is unknown.Type-oil tanker.
-----------------------------------
shifted here from Zvezda Shipyard of Bolshoy Kamen

One of four chemical tankers contracted between Hanseatic Lloyd Schiffahrts GmbH & CO. KG
and Amurskiy Shipyard on November 12, 2004. The contract was cancelled on May 12, 2008.

Two tankers were under building with a readiness :
abt. 63% for the hull 102111 (111) by Zvezda Shipyard in Bolshoy Kamen
abt. 59% for the hull 102112 (112) by Amurskiy Shipyard in Komsomolsk Na Amure

Both tankers were re-contracted by Sovcomflot on December 28, 2009 with completion in April of 2011 (hull 111) and November of 2011 (hull 112). Unfortunately, the design was already not complied with new rules for tankers over 150m length, so building was hidden with several court sessions initiated by banks aiming to return funds in 2012/2013.

The chemical tanker (IMO II) design 00212 (originally 18500) by Vympel Design Bureau.

This seems to be this one at Nakhodka:

In which case the other one is probably this, looking less advanced and still at the shipyard at Komsomolsk-na-Amure:

Reasonable to assume then that this it is "AMURSKIY Yd 111" at Nakhodka.

I think this is one of the hulls of an ill-fated chemical tanker project between Amur Shipbuilding Plant and Hanseatic Lloyd that was abandoned several years ago.

Either:
AMURSK S.B. KOMSOMOLSK HULL 111 - TBN MCT Rhine (HLL Black Sea) - IMO 9356816

AMURSK S.B. KOMSOMOLSK HULL 112 - TBN MCT Mississippi (HLL White Sea)- IMO 9374466

There were meant to be four ships in total, but only two were constructed, to about 75-80% complete
