This barge usually docked at Pauillac on the Gironde River, allows the landing of aircraft elements built in the various European factories of the Airbus manufacturer and transported by Ro-Ro Cuidad of Cadiz, City of Hamburg and City of Bordeaux.
Landed on this barge the elements are then loaded on the river cargo ships
Breuil and Brion (http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=1869082), and transported to Langon where they are landed and transported by road to the Airbus plant in Toulouse.
