Description:

40 m Multi-purpose Vessel (MPV 40)
The Leyhörn was designed for operation in the coastal waters of the North Sea. The large ramp at the stern, fully hydraulic crane and a working deck with more than 100 m² of open space make this vessel extremely versatile. A modern oil-recovery system can recover 80 m³ of oil per hour. The twin propellers combined with the pump jet are located in the fore body to provide outstanding manoeuvring capability. Special gas and explosion protection permit operation in dangerous environments.
