The St Canute steam tug, former exhibit of the recently closed Exeter maritime museum was saved from scrapping by a Swedish ship enthusiast, with the plan to bring it to Sweden under its own power. He wouldn't have guessed in 1998 this would need him 2 years of strenuous endeavours. This picture shows one of the life boat in an appaling state, as for the rest of the vessel.
