Yes, she is both the passive and active SURTASS arrays for long range detection and also some other passive radar and radio receivers. The SWATH hull makes for a very stable platform. The Chinese navy hates it when these ships close their coast or where they are operating and will many times harass them with water cannons and the like. The SURTASS system was originally developed to support and cover gaps in the SOSUS system.

I understand this one is equipped with towed sonars, for which her SWATH arrangement comes in handy, as it probably limits her own noise due to less hull friction...
