McAllister Towing and Transportation Company tug tied up near the APM Terminal of the Virginia International Ports in Portsmouth VA along the Elizabeth River.
She was converted to a Z-Drive tug in 2007, originally having been the US Navy Harbor Tug OKUMLGEE (YTB 765). She has a Gould 2000 gallon per minute fire pump feeding two monitors with foam capabilities.
