Description:

The 1950 Bristol built collier HOTWELLS, operated by Osborn & Wallis Ltd, is seen passing Battery Point on 13th September 1968, fifty years ago, shortly after departing from Portishead dock near Bristol where she had discharged her cargo for the local coal fired power station.

Later: 1970 ROSEWELL (W.N.Lindsay (Shipowners) Ltd, Leith)
Later: 1977 MYRSINI (Panagiotis Maidonis, Piraeus)

She was broken up at some point before 2002 following damage by contact with a pier at Ancona on 26.12.96
