Probably the marking rules for yachts will be national flag rules as I don't think that they come officially within the scope of IMO regs on registration etc.

You are right, it is the GAME CHANGER which was the one on the deleted picture I was writing about in my previous comment. It seems that it was not laid up but undergoing customization at the Damen Shipyard. Some information and a picture at https://deskgram.net/p/1889286140205967435_2082312564

She sailed Rotterdam on 13 Oct and is now berthed at Gibraltar.

I don't think that GARCON has been back in the Netherlands since she was built in 2012.

Probably GARCON which was in Shipspotting maybe two months ago, showed as laid up in a Damen Yard. The picture was probably deleted because of some objects in front of the ship, blocking the view.
