Description:

Tied up at the Saint John Marina (Ketepec).
Somehow this old gal made her way up north.

It is my understanding the Marina plan to update vessel and operate it during the summer months as a tour/restaurant type facility on the St. John River. The paddle wheel was removed to enhance deck space for additional passenger capacity.

It was purchased by the Marina to replace the VOYAGEUR II (which was scrapped in August 2018).

The James C. Echols was more or less written off in 2009

And was spotted floating around in Virginia as late as 2017
