Just like Hannes said, these are two different vessels, and the barge/pontoon's name is "Wakou II" (わこう II).

They are two different ships. One is a pontoon, the other is the pusher tug 'Tenyu 2'

Thanks Vlad - I just adapted the description. It's interesting, if you look at the signs at the bow (max zoom), the y are different, then the ones at the stern - maybe an other dialect? - Kind regards, Marc
