Nothing definite Edson - hope that you can keep an eye on death row.

David .. Your information confirm that this AHTS will go for scrap ?
davidships on Nov 23, 2018 22:57 (4 months ago)
Apparently AMAZON CHIEFTAIN has been at that berth for well over two years.
6/2016 PSC inspection listed no less than 76 defects - put under detention but will only leave for the scrapyard it seems.

Ok Edson, I've got a different tracking system here at work which is clearly better :-)

Thanks Phil ! But it's not visible at Marinetraffic.

It's nore than possible. Amazon Cheiftain's last position on AIS satellite view is exactly as we see in the photo - tied up alongside the two military vessels at Ilha de Mocangue

The anchor handler might be AMAZON CHIEFTAIN or a sister vessel:

Unfortunately it's impossible to identify the AHTS. Sorry !
rd77 on Nov 23, 2018 07:52 (4 months ago)
Thanks! And what is the name of that anchor handler? Then we have them all ;-)
Edson de Lima Lucas on Nov 22, 2018 20:29 (4 months ago)
Correct ... The first of the class ... decomissioned.
