@ Pier master: There are about a dozen of pilot vessels in the port of Kobe, only one is named in fact as "Kobe":

The name is Arima, and possibly refers to Arima Onsen, a hot springs resort in Kobe.
In https://www.tofugu.com/japan/best-onsen-resort-towns/ one of the occurrences of the word Arima is followed by these same 3 Hiragana characters.

@ Admin - You named my "mistery vessel" as "PILOT KOBE"! Are you sure, that this is really right?

Of course I did found this vessel myself, but please compare the Japanese signs of the name and some other aspects (e.g. colour of the mast)
I myself came to the conclusion, that there are no match with the pilot Kobe...
