The Port Line's freighter "Port Townsville" is alongside in Port Adelaide's Dock[Tragedy]No.2 c1939. Note the crew's washing hanging on the line on the forepeak!
Built in 1935 by Swan Hunter & Wigham Richardson at Newcastle. On 3 March 1941 off Pembrokeshire she was bombed by German Luftwaffe aircraft and set on fire and abandoned.
