This Dutch vessel is a hybrid of an inland cargo ship and a coaster with only very few ships of this kind (so-called binnen/buitenvaarder) still existing. She used to transport sand from Vlissingen to Zeebrugge for example and was certificated to operate along the coastlines to Germany and Denmark. Since 1998 she was used solely for inland shipping, seen here upstream on the River Rhine passing Krefeld-Uerdingen/Germany at Rhine Kilometer 764.
