BIRCHLEA scrapped 12/1981 - not sure where.

Built in 1962, by Atlantic Shipbuilding of Newport, Monmouth for Welsh Fisheries of Milford Haven, as Welsh Consort M140. She was sold to Ross Fisheries in Grimsby, in 1967. She was then renamed Ross Badger GY 1386.
In 1968, she was transferred to British United Trawlers (Aberdeen), and renamed Birchlea A58. She was probably scrapped in the early 1980s. As due to the collapse of the Aberdeen trawling industry, she was redundant. As well as that I remember her as being devoid of any paint, and in a very poor state of repair. She is shown, off the coast of Aberdeen.
