The R/V KOK is a 223' single-hulled vessel owned and operated by the University of Hawaii Marine Center. The ship was modified in 1993 to serve as the primary support ship for three submersibles, but also functions as a multi-purpose oceanographic research vessel. The KOK operates out Honolulu, Hawaii and has worked throughout the Pacific over the past 2 decades.
