Built: 1959 by Ateliers et Chantiers de la Seine Maritime, Le Trait, France. Yard no 142. LR/IMO no.
Main engine: five-cylinder, two-stroke Chantiers de l'Atlantique-B&W 5-74VTBF-160 of 6,250 bhp at 115 rpm. Speed: 16 knots.
Built as VILLE DE NANTES for Nouvelle Compagnie Havraise Peninsulaire de Navigation, Le Havre, France; 1975-KITION (Cyprus flag); 1975-ATHENS SKY (as photo).
1979-fire in engine room, abandoned by crew in position 37.01N/3.58E on voyage Bremen to Sri Lanka. Towed to Bejaia, fire extinguished but declared CTL. Sank in heavy weather 36.43.40N/5.06.50E on October 31st
